No One Has Ever Questioned That We Live In a Crazy World.

When my parents were growing up and married in 1950, life compared to today was pretty simple. Schools dealt with chewing gum and passing notes in classrooms. The family consisted of a Husband, a wife, and on average, two kids. Husbands went to their jobs every day, and wives mostly stayed at home and managed the kids and home.

Most went to church on Sunday and lived a good solid moral life. Everyone treated everyone with kindness and respect.

I am not saying that bad things did not happen or sin did not exist. Yes, they had their challenges back then. And they probably felt it was pretty bad.

If my parents were alive today...

With all that we are dealing with in today's world. The liberals are losing their minds over Roe v Wade. I posted on Twitter the other day about an apparent observance that the left could not figure out the definition of a woman is, and a week later, they are in the streets screaming about women's rights and My Body My Choice. Strange.

Here is the beef, they can be in the streets screaming what I consider nonsense, and it's okay. But if I get out there and proclaim Jesus is the answer, I am offending someone and not allowed to say this. I'm told to shut up because I am offending people. What about the offense I feel with what they are shoving at us?

The First Amendment goes both ways. Free Speech is for everyone, not just one side.

If you are baptized in water in Jesus Name and filled with the Holy Spirit, you and I have the antidote for the crazy world we live in. It is the saving power of Jesus Christ and the Apostolic lifestyle.

2 Timothy 3:1-9 describes to us the time we live in right now. But starting in verse ten, we learn of the Man of God and the Word of God and encourage to teach the truth, which ends with verses 16-17. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Come on, church! Let's stand up and proclaim the good Word of God and snatch every soul we can from the vice of sin and hell. I end with one verse to encourage us and convict us to what we need to be doing today, Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

I encourage you to join the True North Nation and listen each week as we journey together.
