As we look into chapter two of the book, Control the Beast, we need to understand we are the products of our environment. What we submit ourselves to is what we will eventually become. With that thought in mind, we have to look at our surroundings to discover what triggers our anger or any negative emotion for that matter. We will look at six of the most common areas that trigger negative emotions.
As we look into our environment, surroundings, and the daily grind, remember they are controllable. We need to understand what we put into ourselves is what is going to come out. The head, the heart, and the mouth are connected. What we allow into our heads is what will become a belief (heart), and the longer it remains there, we vocalize this belief or feeling.
Listen to find out how to fix this.
